Bridle Set

Anyone in California have a cheap english saddle set for sale?

I'm looking for a relatively cheap saddle for sale in California, a saddle set would be even better or if you have cheap other parts to saddle, that's even better.
I need:
Medium sized bridle for small 15hh TB
Reins
A regular snaffle bit
A 48" girth?
An English saddle (With need pads best, but I can endure without) w/ stirrup & leathers!

I just seen one on craigslist Inland Empire 16'' set don't remember what the girth size was but it came with two and pads 150.00. They have bridles on there all the time this one may have came with one but i wasn't paying attention. Your local tack or feed store will have bridles at a good price and snaffle bit. You could look online and they sell cheaper sets from 129.00 on up.
