Corriente Saddles
Please Help!...Western Pleasure Saddle help?
What is the best brand of saddle for showing Quarter Horses in Western Pleasure?...I'm planing on going to the Open World Show with my WP horse in a few years....are Corriente, Silver Royal, Blue Ribbon, or Billy Royal saddles any good?....What would you suggest?...it has to have lots of silver...money isn't an object...Any good custom saddles that you suggest...also, I would like a website, it can't be used...and where the company/place is at....THANK YOU SO MUCH!...will award best answer!
The best western pleasure show saddles are deffinitly Sergeants..they are EXTREMELY expensive..I'm talking like upwards of $10,000...but they are sooo worth it. They are very comfortable & the quality of silver far outdoes any other brand. Their website is www.sergeantswestern.com
On another note another great place to get a western pleasure show saddle is from schneider saddlery. They are more reasonably priced with most of their saddles around the $3000.00 range. They are still really nice saddles you just won't empty out your bank account trying to buy one. Their website is www.sstack.com
I would stay away from Silver Royal & Billy Royal saddles. They tend to be a bit on the cheap side & the silver never looks quality. Blue Ribbon is another great company that makes great show saddles. Deffinitly look into them too.
