English Saddles? More this time and more expensive to!?
I have upped the price I am willing to pay for a saddle because I have learned allot in the last few hours in saddle fitting! Will be used to Jumping. And suggestions for under $400 is fine.

NO synthetic saddles please, I DO NOT want one at all!
It totally depends on what you need the saddle for, and what style saddle you prefer. For example, if you want to ride hunters and equitation you probably should get a more traditional close contact style saddle. The first one (Nice) and the 3rd (Collegiate) are both saddles that would look very typical in the hunter ring. I would not choose any of the other 3 for hunters as they are more all-purpose type saddles. Notice among other things the shape of the cantle. Your typical close contact saddle has the flatter seat and square cantle, and may or may not have knee rolls. Your typical all-purpose has a deeper seat, rounded cantle, and is more likely to have knee rolls. You can certainly use an all-purpose saddle in the hunters, and people do, but a close-contact saddle is more typical.
Now if you are planning on jumping cross country or just riding for fun, you might want an all-purpose saddle. The deeper seat and knee rolls may give you a better feeling of security in the saddle. Personally I would stay away from the Courbettes. They are odd looking saddles and fairly uncomfortable to most people. I've found that they are a saddle you either love or hate- no in between. Courbettes have a few fans who love them, but many people hate them. The older Stuuben would not be a bad choice. They are fairly expensive and well-made saddles, and have a more traditional look. Some of the models (like the one you selected) tend to be hard (ie less padded in the seat) so are not my favorite choice, but the balance on them is good and they tend to put you in a good position. Plus they last forever!
If it's a close-contact you need, of these choices I'd get the Collegiate. The Nice one must be pretty old since they have not made Nice saddles in years. It looks like it's in good shape, but I'm betting that the Collegiate is newer. Pay attention to seat size too. I noticed that the Collegiate is a 16.5" and the Nice is a 17.5". Both sizes can't be right for you and getting the correct size is important.
