Des Nations Saddle
What do you think of this saddle?
Im looking at getting this saddle.I like that it doesnt have knee rolls or blocks and Iv ridden in a Collegiate saddle before and loved it but what do you think of the saddle?Also do you think it would fit me? I currently have a 16.5" Crosby Prix Des Nations but I dont know if 17.5 would be to big.Please let me know ASAP.

I know its a little worn. But I like them that way its not like I'm showing alot. And my Crosby isnt a deep seat either....so Im used to it.
Also there are no tack stores here that I can buy a used saddle and the ones Iv been finding on craigslist around here are priced to high.
And about e-bay I know what to avoid on there. Thats where I bought my crosby saddle for about $250 and I absolutly love that saddle and it was better then I expected.
It looks great, it's just about finally broken in!
I don't think the extra inch will be noticed at all; this is a very well made and balanced saddle, and if it fits the horse properly, your backside will fit in the "sweet spot" right over the stirrup bars, and an extra 3/4 inch behind you will never be noticed! Bigger is seldom a problem, but too small is a literal pain!
