Is it Alsall or Aisall? (i or L?) Walsall is indeed a place in England; but it IS after all an industrial district which isn't a very prestigious place to stick on a saddle you're trying to market (intensely industrialized with coal; part of the "black country"; relatively poor, and so forth).
Please post pictures of your saddle. That would make it easier to try to determine what letters might be missing, etc.
