Another dressage quesiton?
At what point do you need to upgrade to an actual dressage saddle in dressage? As in, how long can I just use my all purpose?

Does it look good? Should I wait though until I am more advanced in dressage to get one? Also, is it a huge deal if it is an inch bigger than what I am looking for?

The rules state only that you need an English saddle up until the FEI levels (the first being Prix St George.) Only at FEI level is a dressage type saddle compulsory. That said, if you want to get serious about dressage, you will probably want to get one before then - probably at least by the time you start Second Level and have to perform lateral work. So, you don't need one immediately, but it never hurts to look.
I actually don't like that saddle in your link. I don't see anything visually wrong with it, but SIlver Fox is a starter saddle. I'd suggest looking for a used 'name brand' like Stubben or Passier.
And it's not a huge deal if the saddle is a little bigger. Most people ride in saddles that are too small.
