Do Dressage Seat Sizes Differ From Close Contact Seat Sizes?
I have only ever ridden close contact and I ride a 16 1/2 to 17" seat. In a western saddle I fit in a 15-16" seat, so I was wondering if the dressage seat is any different fitting?
Also, are dressage tree's the same as close contact saddles? Narrow,Regular and Wide?
The seat sizes are measured the same (from the center of the back of the seat to the d ring), though you may need a bigger size in dressage saddles as you would a close contact (generally, the deeper the seat, the bigger size you will need; My dressage saddle was an inch bigger than my old close contact.)
Yes, and no. If the brand uses narrow, regular, and wide, they're the same within that particular brand. BUT 'narrow', 'medium'/'regular', and 'wide' differ with the different brands. So your horse may need a narrow in one brand, and a regular or medium in the next. Also some brands (such as Stubben, Prestige, etc) size the tree in cm (usually about 27cm-37cm).

Can you jump in a dressage saddle?
Im going versitile. My horse Pretty much rides western and weve currently started under hunter/jumper. Allthough I was not paying attention. i accadently bidded on a Dressage saddle. I paid 160.00 for it and now its being delivered. i cant really return it its through ebay. Can you jump in a dressage saddle? lol. Next im going for all purpose or just hunt seat/jump.
Technically you can jump in any saddle, or none at all 
Seriously though, the leg position on a dressage saddle is VERY different from what it needs to be for jumping, which will make it difficult for you to get the correct balance and two-point over fences, so I wouldn't suggest it! Sorry for it bad news, but maybe you can re-sell it on ebay?
