Hmm...This Saddle is cheap. But in good shape?
Ok so I went trail riding and there was a english saddle for sale for $75. Yes $75. It has no holes, no torn parts, the knee rolls are a bit flat but that can be fixed. The tree isn't damaged at all and it has a few scratches up the cantel and down the seat and pommel.Like just around the sides mostly. It feels like it wasn't clean that well when it was used before. I think some color treatment,cleaner, and lexol will fix it right up. For a schooling saddle does that sound doable?
It was sized on my horse. lol
It probably won't be comfortable at all and it probably won't encourage good equitation like more expensive English saddles do. I would personally recommend getting a more expensive one. Brands I love that don't break the bank are HDR, Nice, Stubben (used), Collegiate, Circuit, and Pessoa (if you can find a good price for one, otherwise they are more expensive but VERY comfortable)
