How much weight can I safely lose in 5 months?
I went ahead and bought my wedding dress about a year ago, then had some health problems which resulted in about a thirty pound weight gain. Now that I'm back in the saddle and healthy, how much weight can I safely lose in 5 months so I can try to fit into my dress? Losing all thirty five pounds would be ideal, as the dress is now a few sizes too small.
And any suggestions for getting the weight off that isn't drastic or unhealthy?
The average weight loss per week (safely) is about 2lbs.
So in 20 weeks (5 months) you could potentially loose 40 lbs.
I'd look for an exercise regime that you like, and can stick too. Thats the trick (which I can never do) is stick with it.
