   CJ: They are still doing some work on the SPUI that’s likely to leave a lot of road debris . . . so give it a bit longer. I actually think it’s gonna be a bear on a bike . . . I can’t think of an easy way to get across those big sweeping ramps readily. I avoided that one on the bike as well . . . though I actually hate the one just north of it (Sparrowbush Road) more: very narrow shoulders, very low rails, so from the saddle, very spooky perspective of looking down at traffic, into which you would fly if someone side-swiped you. Sweaty palms just thinking about it . . .

   Selling horses in this economy is almost impossible. Not to sound negative but honestly you will likely have a job on your hands just getting people to come look at what you have unless the horses are an extremely low price, right now most people expect something for nothing and a lot of farms (and I'm talking top breeding and competition farms) are crying the blues because they just cannot sell anything.
   Personally, I would list all of your horses for sale and sell whatever goes first, keep the remaining 2 horses and go with that. It helps encourage buyers if you have a selection of horses available as opposed to one or two, that way the buyer feels like they are getting variety and that makes it worth the drive.
   Good luck…and I know this is probably not what you want to hear….but I promise, that's the reality of the horse market right now…it is dead.
