Medium Tree
Why does my miniature peach tree have golf ball size peaches? Tree is 5 years old & last year had medium size.?
I have used the same organic fertilizer for several years and the same watering. One thing I'm curious about. Do you think that when we had the tile roof washed (soap and water) after 30 years, and some of the roof water fell on the tree, that this may have dwarfed my peaches?
The soap is probably not a factor. I'm assuming the peaches are ripe, and not just behind schedule due to cool weather. Did you thin them? Usually, fruit trees that aren't thinned produce smaller fruit. Taking out all fruit closer than 6 inches will result in larger fruit. Hope this helps...

Go for it. You can always rent it out when you are ready to move on. The other way to look at it is its cheaper than rent. As long as the area is safe I see no problems. But even after you pay the 9000 you will still owe lot rent.
