Padded Flap Black
My dog's paw is peeling!?
My dog went to the groomer's yesterday, and later in the day after I picked her up I noticed the black leathery skin on the largest pad of her paw appears to have come loose and it flaps around. It's not all the way off, and she lets me look at it, but this morning she looks like she's hurting because she's holding it up and not putting too much weight on it. I looked at the other front paw, and the skin on that one is wrinkly. Are they blisters? We walked over an hour on the streets on Friday. Could something have happened at the groomer's?
I would say the paws are raw from walking this has happend to me once when my female boxer ran away all of her pads were raw and pink when i finally found her back they will heal with time just some spray antibiotic ointment
