Paris Leather Saddle
Is this a good deal or a rip off?

My horse doesn't use a Martingale so this has everything needed to ride except for the bit. This looks like a good deal but do you think the saddle and leathers will be good lasting quality?
hmm well there's also a couple customer reviews that gave 5 stars and said the saddle was awesome? I'm not sure...
Buying the tack separately and used will get you better quality for the price. Buying sets of stuff (tack, musical instruments, etc.) will almost always get you bad quality goods unless it's about $1,000 or over and is a good, recognized brand.
I suggest getting a used saddle and getting the other stuff new. Your local tack shop probably has some used stuff, though you may have to ask. They can also help you with the fit and will let you handle the tack which you can't do over the internet.
