Ok which color is showed in the picture? Is oak or hazlenut darker? Which will match my bridle better?

The picture is oak. Oak (commonly oakbark) is lighter and a tint more orange. Your bridle is more hazelnut. A deeper, darker brown. I would go with hazelnut for the reins.
