is there anything im missing.? is anything not proper.?
thanks
well for dressage; do you really need the whither pad? i would use ( well i do use, according to colour of horse, but on a dun i use): DRESSAGE: Black/brown dressage saddle = matching colour girth and stirrup leathers, Black/brown snaffle bridle or double bridle White dressage pad You could use leather tendon boots etc, but not polo wraps as they look un tidy. white/beige jodhs, black jacket, white or pastel colour (light cream, pink etc) shirt, stock with pin, black hat, black gloves and maybe a showing cane if you need it, long boots. and yh u can wear a GP if u want to!
XC: GP/Jumping saddle bridle with a bit you can stop in! (maybe a running martingale or breast plate to keep the saddle forward) saddle pad (in your chosen colour) over reach boots, brushing or competition boots (splint boots dont offer much protection to the front of the leg if they hit a jump) white/ beige jodhs Long boots Hat (with chosen colour silk for a skull cap) gloves whip (studs on the horse if u need some) number vest t-shirt/jumper body protector Medical armband
JUMPING: jumping/ gp saddle, matching colour girth bridle with controlable bit, maybe martingale etc (as b4 in jumping section) saddle pad (most people put a half sheepskin pad under the saddle, ontop of the pad aswel) hat (with velvet cover, or a proper lightweight competition hat etc) Black or Blue jacket, tie or stock, White or pastel colour shirt, beige/white johds, gloves, whip
Dont think i have left anything out! but you should be plaited for most phases ( i dont for xc as i like something to hold on to lol), studs for jumping are a good idea. Competition boots give support all round, which are especially good for xc. A medical armband will be needed, aswel as other small items.... but i cant think of anything else that is that important at the moment.
Do you have a trainer? If so, ask your trainer all of these questions. If you don't have a trainer, find out who is organizing the show and ask that person your question. Don't just ask anyone…they or may not know, or they may be just ugly acting enough to deliberately give you the incorrect answers.
Oh, yay, I love word association games!

5. "Polo Wraps" Parade (that's about the only time I use mine!)

10. "Snaffle" Headstall
