right now i have a quarter pony/ welsh/ palimino pintowho is 14 hands and is 5 years old. i have a arabian who is 15.2 hands and is 20 years old, right now im trying to fatten her up and she is wormed on schedule gets 1 1/2 scoop of feed morning/night and gets a leaf and half of hay morning/ night, she also gets manna pro fat supplement, and gets corn oil, she also got her teeth floated two months ago, and right now im not riding her at all, but she is slowly fattening up, but its taking months.

sorry it always messes up

so im going to make 4 pastures to do a grass rotation, but i want to put a round bale out for them for now untill i get the pastures fenced and grassed, so im wondering how long it will last both of them. Also if you have any tips to fatten her up quicker.

With it only being a few months you may just have to give her a little time to start showing results. The corn oil alone will help her tremendously! Make sure she has something to graze on 24/7 (hay or grass). Sometimes it just takes some horse longer than others to show results... especially when they are older. (Have you tried a senior feed/pellet?)
A round bale for 2 horses should last quite awhile if they are grazing as well ( I would say anywhere from 3 weeks to a month if not more). Just be careful with feeding round bale to horses. The round bales will absorb moisture in the center of the bale, eventually starting to beak down and get moldy which can give you serious problems! I would even recommend keeping the round bale indoors or covered and throwing large amounts of it out in the mornings or evening. This way you can monitor it better and make sure they aren't eating anything bad (hay that's turned yellow, moldy, or just doesn't smell like good hay).

All in all though, I wouldn't recommend giving her any more supplements or oils in her feed. You can overload a horse and make them colic and founder. Just give her time. I would say buy the end of the summer she will be a plump old lady! If she isn't you may want to email a reputable horse rescue facility and ask them what they would recommend. The deal with starved/ underweight horses and hard keepers all the time and may have some tricks up their sleeve that would help you. Good luck!

Living Quarters livestock Trailers?

Are there any companies that make livestock (NOT HORSE TRAILERS) that have living quarters in them. Dont say Featherlite or EBY or Corn PRO. I have already looked. I need a company that makes them especially for cattle. The trailers would be prefferebly aluminum. These are NOT HORSE TRAILERS. I want a trailer I can use for cattle. Only answer if you know what I am asking.

I think it is less likely to find one. Cattle trailers tend to be shorter (height) than horse trailers, so living quarters would have no headroom. I think what you are looking for would be a custom build.
