All Purpose Monarch
Just looking for a quick rating and advice for a macro deck?
Just looking for some advice on an idea for a Macro cosmos deck-
1. I left out the Helios cards on purpose, I wanted to focus on the removal aspect.
2. I'm looking for advice so if you're just going to flame me, back the hell off
3. If you could suggest a side deck as well (I've never been good at building them)

Finally!!! Somebody that can build a deck.
- Hammer Short x2
+ Lightning Vortex x2
- Gravekeeper's Servant x2

+ Shield Crush
This is a nice deck, but with the fixes it should be better. The Vortex overpowers Hammer Shot by alot. The discard is negative I know but you can throw Scout Plane to the grave to destroy 1 or more of your opponents monsters.
Only 2 Macros needed with Dimensions and banishers. Solemn negates, Brain Control gives you a possible trib or open field. Shield Crush destroys defense Mellon or Reaper.
