Test ride them. There are such varied opinions on those that it's difficult to tell....what I've mostly heard is that HDRs tend to have overly-padded knee rolls...two of my friends love them, but I've also heard a ton of complaints about them...I haven't heard anything really bad about the circuit saddles, and for the price they seem to be good...I really wanted to try one out, but never got around to it...
This site is GREAT for saddle reviews...they're very thorough and list the good and the bad.

So, overall, the circuit seems preferred...however, if you can afford to, I always recommend PESSOAS!! Best saddles ever in my opinion...anyway, just browse around that site for anny more saddle questions and you'll most likely get what you're looking for...
