Saddle What kind of saddle pad should I get for showing?
The saddle pad I've been using for the last few years for showing is shot. I need a new one, obviously white. I don't want to spend more than $70 on it. I'd like to get a nice monogrammed one, but it's not a necessity. Any suggestions? I'll be showing huntseat. Just wanting some suggestions.

How to tell what size tree to get on a western saddle?
I am looking at some saddles on ebay and I was wondering how I could know what size tree I need for the saddle to fit my horse. Or how to tell what kind of dementions to be looking for on the info for the saddle.
You have to buy the saddle and set it on your horse.
There is absolutely no other way. The only way you can saddle fit a horse is to sit either the saddle or bare tree on the back and feel for pinching, bridging, rocking, etc.
I would never recommend buying a saddle off ebay unless you have tried that same saddle with that same tree on that same horse.
