Saddle Coffee

Do you think I will loose weight & tone in a month?
I have set some realistic goals for myself. Running 1-1.5 mile a day (at least 30 mins. of extreme cardio) & just doing abs for a month 5-6 days a week. I weigh 158Lbs. & I am 5'8. I'm not fat, but I do have a ghetto bootie, saddle bags & love handles I would like to disappear. I've have cut out all of my junk food habits & my diet cokes & just drinking water (with the exception of my 6 oz of coffee in the morn. w/splenda & creamer). Does anyone have any food suggestions on what i can eat for breakfast, lunch, & dinner (& snacks) that has worked for them to keep off the weight? I just want to maintain my weight & create healthy eating habits. Please help...♥ Thanks!
Those are really good goals! Here are some great ideas for eating healthy. I lost a ton of weight like this:
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter, low-fat yogurt with frozen berries mixed in, egg white wraps with salsa
Lunch/Dinner: side salads from fast food, like Wendy's; weight watchers meals, veggie sandwiches, salad with chicken breast, baked potato with a little guacomole
Snacks: string cheese, any kind of fruit, cottage cheese, serving of almonds (more filling than it sounds!), lots of water
Good luck!!!

Is there a special Hell where old cowboys go?
"Some are doomed by the judge's word, to the ghostly riders and the Devil's herd..."
Stan Jones, "Saddle Up"
A cowboy Hell of stale coffee, bitter beans, fires that won't quite start, and bitter-cold mornings.
Mr. Stiggo, your reference has not passed unnoticed.
Exactly. They've got to ride forever on that range up in the sky
On horses snorting fire, as they ride on hear their cry
Yippie-aye-oh, yippie-aye-ay, ghost riders in the sky
