Saddle Deep Seat
My seat pole is stuck deep down in the seat tube?
I bought a second hand bike and needed to adjust the seat height. I didn't really know what I was doing and now the seat pole has gone all the way down into the seat tube. The saddle has been removed but the pole has gone so deep I can't grab hold of it
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Try and tell us a little more about what type of bike this is, and what type of post.
I'm assuming it's got no clamp on the top since it went all the way into the tube.
If the top is hollow, perhaps you could fashion something like a coat hanger into the shape of a fish-hook and push it down into the tube until you can hook the bottom edge and pull it up. Make the "U" of your hook fairly wide so that it will expand once it gets past the end of the post and help to keep it from slipping off. I'm not sure this going to work and maybe someone else can think of a better tool for the purpose, but give it a try for now.
Some type of tool that is sort of shaped like an umbrella would be good, so that it can grab hold on the whole edge of the post, maybe someone knows of something like this.
If it "just slid down in", it really should come back out, like Pro said. Try turning it upside down and gently banging it onto a block of wood, so you don't mash the tube. You could also spray some WD-40 or other lube down in the tube if seems to be sticking, this might not do much but wont hurt anything.
