Saddle Med Tree
Measuring tree width for horse?
How do I know if my horse needs a medium tree or wide tree. Also how do you measure a saddle to figure out if its a med. or wide?
Use an old wire coat hanger and make a form across the wither and then measure it with a ruler. That will give you inches and from there you can figure out if it's med or wide tree.

Equestrian Dream Property in North Georgia
How much is my saddle worth?
It's a Black Country MonoFlap GP/Event Saddle. I believe its the model before the current Vinici.
It's 17.5" seat (I think) and narrow/med gullet - 7" from D to D. It's in good condition bar a scratch on one skirt (shown in pic) and a missing "Black Country" button on one side (again shown in pic). Tree is sound etc. Any ideas on a value? Cost over £1200 when new some years ago.
