Which horse companies will you never shop from again?
With the holidays coming, I am trying to get an idea about some of the retailers I was considering.
I will not buy from these companies due to crap quality and customer service, as well as in some cases rip off shipping where the more you buy the more they charge:

Dover
I won't shop these due to price:

Which horse companies do you dislike? What are your horror stories?
I like Country Supply and Horseloverz. I just bought a Harry Hall (English brand) jacket from Horseloverz via Ebay and it is fantastic, like it better than my Ariat jacket - only $25. Also bought breakaway halters from them for $2.99 each and they are really good quality. The only thing that got me was I bought nearly $700 worth of stuff off them on Sunday via Ebay and on Monday got an invoice from them plus an email saying that shopping on Mondays - get 10% off. I paid the invoice on Monday and then emailed and said that as I bought $700 worth of stuff off them via Ebay but through Buy It Now - not auctions and that I paid for it Monday, could I get the discount or some form of it and they said no - thought that was a bit crappy considering how much money I'd just thrown their way.
Apart from that, never had a bad experience with any one.

can anyone help me saddle shop?
im looking for a A/P can be leather or synthetic. prefer for it to have a changeable gullet as for right now i do not know what size my boy needs. what saddles would you recommend, why, and where can i find them.
I have a Wintec 500 A/P, and I love it! I got it used and it still looks great, it's going to last a long time. I got it since my ponies need an extra wide gullet, and it seems rare to find an extra wide saddle. I'm saving alot of money with this since I can fit it to nearly any horse. It doesn't look 'cheap' like most people say. It looks like real leather. And you don't have to worry about getting it wet or cleaning it after every ride. And, it's really comfy.
