Simco Saddles

Simco saddles? Good? Bad?
Ive been looking for a temporary saddle to use until im able to buy the one i want and i keep looking at an ad for an older simco saddle someone has on craigslist for 200. it looks like its in pretty good shape so i just wanted some opinions on simcos. are they fairly good quality? or maybe if youve had one, what did you think of it? Thanks.
and i know saddle fit is most important. if it didnt end up fitting my horse then i just wouldnt use it. period. and itd go back up for sale. so please, i dont need a lecture about saddle fit. thanks.
Heres a link to the ad in case anyone feels like looking at it:

the stirrup has a strip of leather thats loose so thats the only thing wrong with it.
Some Simcos are from a time when they weren't very well made, but they aren't 'poser' saddles, so if you check it out and the leather is nice quality, then you are looking at a good quality saddle. I've owned two or three Simco saddles and ridden in a couple more-- all seemed pretty decent, and most of the horses I rode with them liked them as well.
One barrel saddle I ended up selling to a woman with a bad back, because it was the only saddle she could stand to ride in. She is still using it, and that saddle is twenty years old, so overall I would say that $200 for a good usable saddle with the Simco name is probably a good deal.
