Syd Hill How do you post an extended trot in an aussie? I just bought one and the front rolls seem to interfere.?
I have ridden English and western and I love the comfort of the aussie at the walk, jog and gallop, but in the extended trot my knee's want to be further ahead then the rolls. I have an endurance model syd hill that placed the rolls lower than traditional. Could this be the problem?
You drop your leathers longer like a western saddle then post STRAIGHT up and down, because if you post forward, you're lower thighs run into the knee block. (OUCH!!!)...Remember it's western in an English saddle...
