Training Saddle Supple
should i or should i not buy it?
i went to this tack store today and i was looking for a bridle for my new horse. i found a bridle that matched my saddle, both are black. i like the bridle but im not crazy about it. its $70 and bobbies leather. its adjustable and supple. but it is used. and i can't return used tack from that store, and i don't know if it would fit my horse. but my friend said she thinks it will. and the other bridles in that store new were $200. im paying for this myself im not letting my parents pay for everything, and i don't have $200 i only have like $100 and i needed to get brushes and stuff, and i don't get an allowance so i can't earn up for it, the $100 was just birthday and christmas money. so should i get it??? and also any good books from borders about horse ground training you recommend i still have a gift card to spend there.... thanks!
If your horse isn't a draft horse of pony, it will fit him if it's a full size bridle. Used bridles are great because they are already broken in, easy to adjust, and the leather isn't slippery or stiff.
