essential oils spur breasts in boys?
I heard over a magazine that use of lotions,soaps and shampoos containing high concentrations of lavender or tea tree oil may lead to breast growth in pre-pubescent boys.
They said pure lavender and tea tree oils can mimic the actions of oestrogen and inhibit the effects of androgen, the hormone known to control masculine characterictics.
I use a wide range of tee tree oil products. Should i stop?
I'm sorry -- that is utter nonsense. What is causing breast growth in pre-pubescent boys is the weight many of them are at. When a boy is overweight -- he has man-breasts.
You have nothing to worry about.
