Wintec 250?
Does anyone own a Wintec 250? I want a cheap english saddle.I ride western way more than english so I dont want to spend alot of money.How well does this saddle hold up? Is it a safe saddle? I checked horsetackreview.com and the average rating for this saddle is 3.5 stars out of 5.So what do you all think about it?
i ride saddleseat and use a shively mmx so i dont totallly know but it would be better to spend more money on a saddle because it will be safer and last longer try getting a used one! that may be your best bet for a cheap good quality saddle

i am getting into english riding and i need some help?
ok so i just got my frist english saddle and i want to get a wintec synthetic breastplate off of statelinetack.com but i don't konw what size to get they have it in cob size and horse size and my horse is not really big but not a pony she is about 14.1 hands and her weight is about 800 but she is still only 4 and she might get a little bigger so i don't konw. i don't want it to big or to small cuz i don't want to send it back.
so what size do you think i need?
i want to start jumping with my horse but there are no jumps at the barn where i have my horse and i don't have a lot of money to buy jumps so if you have any good home made junp ideas let me know.

get horse size. although cob is large pony, if your horse is usually horse sized, then you would be surprised how small the breastplate would be!
there's a big difference in horses and ponies. and, even if the breastplate is too big, you can always adjust it.
