Because of the poor horse market, it really depends on where you live. I'm from the south U.S., and horses (no matter what the breed, ability, or registry) are going anywhere from $400-$2000.
He's a nice looking horse, and from what you say about him he'd seem like a great buy. I'd probably give you anywhere from $900-$1200 for him so long as he's been checked by a vet and is sound.
If you're more north, however, you could probably fetch anywhere from $2000-$6500 for him.
