Question about the wintec pro dressage saddle?
I ordered a wintec pro dressage saddle the other day and it came today and i'm totally in love with it and can't wait to use it, but i have a question, there are the 2 billet straps, and then there is a 3rd strap attached, one on each side and it looks like they can connect, what is, and how do i use it? This is my first dressage saddle and only my second english and the other one i had was just a cheap all purpose saddle that was too small so i hardly ever used it....here is a pic of it http://www.skoies.no/ProductPopup.aspx?filename=wintecpro_4539.jpg and you can see the 3rd strap on the bottom, Thanks!!
I have this saddle and love it.
The third strap is not a billet strap. It goes over the girth after you tighten it (I guess to keep the flaps down. It's quite annoying and I hate it. A lot of people cut it off.
